WHITNEY MUSEUM IDENTITY REDESIGN

2012–2014

In 2010 I joined the Whitney Museum of American Art’s small in-house graphic design team. By 2012, the institution was preparing to move to its new location and new building in New York’s Meatpacking District.  Together with the museum’s Director, Chief Curator, and Executive staff, we hired the Amsterdam based design studio, Experimental Jetset, to redesign the graphic identity for this monumental shift. The above images are just some of the outcomes produced by the in-house team after the identity redesign.

Produced in collaboration with Hilary Greenbaum, Keri Bronk, Kees Bakker, Lauren Jantz, and Francesca Grassi.
